Delivery

All orders are made and prepared after successful payment. The production and delivery time is up to 55 business days from payment confirmation. The specified period is a maximum and in most cases orders are fulfilled faster.

Delivery is made via Speedy to an address or courier office of the customer's choice. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products and are paid by the customer.

Return and exchange

Можете да заявите замяна на размер в срок до 14 days from receipt of the order, provided that the product has not been used, washed, soiled or damaged and is with its original labels.

In case of exchange due to incorrect size or other personal choice, shipping costs are at the customer's expense. If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, the replacement costs are borne by Prime Wear.

In the event of a valid complaint, Prime Wear may offer repair, replacement, remanufacturing, price reduction, refund or other legally permissible method according to the specific case and applicable legislation.

In case of force majeure, objective impossibility to fulfill the order or other extraordinary situations, Prime Wear may, at its discretion, offer a refund of the amount paid when the product is returned in its original commercial condition, without traces of use, washing, contamination or damage.

Important: For products made to order or with personalization (school logo, embroidery, print, etc.), the right of withdrawal and return may not apply under current legislation.
